Salary and perks: $36p/h – $40p/h + Super + RDO’s + Ute & Phone

 Role and Responsibilities:

• Lead a team delivering high-quality commercial grounds maintenance.
• Operate zero-turn mowers and specialised grounds equipment.
• Complete mowing, pruning, planting and landscape maintenance.
• Manage irrigation systems and perform minor repairs.
• Complete pre-starts, SWMS, Take 5s and site reporting.
• Build strong client relationships and represent Solutions+ professionally.
• Monitor site standards and identify improvement opportunities.
• Maintain a safe workplace and ensure WHS compliance.

What will you need?

• A Current Drivers Licence (Manual or Auto)
• National Police Check or be willing to obtain.
• Working with Children Check, or willing to obtain.
