 Role and Responsibilities:

• Lead daily grounds maintenance and landscaping activities across sites.
• Operate zero-turn mowers, ride-ons, and specialised grounds equipment.
• Perform mowing, pruning, planting, mulching, and general horticultural works.
• Manage irrigation systems, including watering schedules and minor repairs.
• Complete site administration, including pre-starts, Take 5s, SWMS, and reporting.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders while representing Solutions+ professionally.
• Identify site improvements and assist with seasonal landscape enhancement projects.
• Maintain WHS compliance and safe work practices at all times.

What will you need?

• A Current Drivers Licence (Manual or Auto)
• National Police Check or be willing to obtain.
• Working with Children Check, or willing to obtain.
