Role and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and deliver internal and customer events across NSW, VIC & QLD.
  • Coordinate Solutions+ attendance at industry conferences, exhibitions and sponsorships.
  • Organise customer hospitality experiences, networking events and site showcases.
  • Manage corporate gifting programs, branded merchandise and recognition initiatives.
  • Track event budgets, process approvals and monitor expenditure.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with event suppliers and venue partners.
  • Coordinate award submissions and manage key submission timelines.
  • Support Marketing by identifying and coordinating event and project content opportunities.
  • Manage end-to-end event logistics including venues, catering, travel and suppliers.
  • Maintain event calendars, attendee records and reporting to ensure seamless execution.

What will you need?

  • Driver’s licence and Own vehicle
  • National Police Check or be willing to obtain.
  • Working with Children Check, or willing to obtain.
  • Desire to build relationships with different types of people
  • Organisational skills to manage multiple interests
