Your duties will include:

• Provide administrative support for quotes, tenders and bid submissions.
• Prepare bid documents, templates and supporting project information.
• Maintain tender registers, trackers and submission schedules.
• Review RFQs and organise required compliance documentation.
• Coordinate information from internal teams, clients and suppliers.
• Assist with preparing project handover and contract documentation.
• Manage filing, document control and general bid administration.
• Support ecological, bush regeneration and environmental project opportunities.

What will you need?

• Ability to be in Office 5 days a week, with site visits occasionally
• Estimating, quoting or tender experience desired
• Strong admin and organisation skills.
• Police Check (or willing to obtain).
