Role Overview: Join Smokeball as a Group Product Manager and help shape the future of our product as we continue to scale. Leading a team of Product Managers, you’ll drive strategy and execution across multiple product areas, working closely with Engineering and Design to deliver meaningful outcomes for our customers.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll get deep into product problems, help unblock teams, and guide them through complexity as we continue evolving our platform. You’ll play a key role in aligning teams, shaping direction, and delivering impact as we move toward a modern, web-based product experience.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and develop Product Managers
  • Own product strategy and roadmap across multiple product areas
  • Drive discovery and translate customer needs into clear product direction
  • Partner closely with Engineering leaders to unblock teams and improve delivery
  • Guide prioritisation and decision-making across competing initiatives
  • Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept through to delivery
  • Align stakeholders across Product, Engineering and the wider business
  • Foster a strong product culture with a focus on collaboration, growth and continuous improvement

 

About You

  • 7+ years’ experience in Product Management within a SaaS or technology environment
  • Experience managing and developing Product Managers
  • Strong background in product strategy and delivery across multiple areas
  • Comfortable working through ambiguity and driving clarity for teams
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Experience working closely with Engineering and technical teams
  • A coaching mindset with a passion for developing others
