Smith Brothers Media is on the lookout for a a Client Success Manager or Agency Project Manager to oversee high-impact projects and help shape the success of our growing agency.
About the Role
As part of our Enterprise team, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of enterprise projects, on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
You’ll manage a portfolio of enterprise clients spanning development, creative, and marketing initiatives. You’ll oversee the delivery of website, software, app development, and ongoing retainer work, ensuring projects remain commercially successful and aligned to client objectives.
Working closely with developers, designers, marketers, and strategists, you’ll coordinate project delivery, manage competing priorities, and keep stakeholders aligned throughout the project lifecycle. This is a pivotal role within our Enterprise team, requiring a dynamic project manager who thrives on solving challenges, building strong client relationships, and delivering results.
You’ll keep projects running smoothly, maintain strong client relationships, and leverage our team’s diverse skills to deliver top-tier results.
Key Skills and Qualifications
We’re looking for someone with:
- 4-5 years’ experience in Project Management, Client Success, Account Management, Digital Production, or a similar agency environment.
- The ability to manage technical projects alongside Design, UI/UX, and Marketing initiatives.
- Proven experience managing enterprise clients across multiple projects, workstreams, or service areas.
- Extensive client-facing experience – you view clients as partners and are genuinely invested in their success and ROI.
- The ability to creatively solve challenges, analyse complex information, and deliver business-focused solutions.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to thrive in a demanding professional environment.
- A track record of translating client objectives into successful project outcomes.
- Expertise in project budget management.
- Experience working with digital platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, HubSpot and Salesforce.
- Agency or digital marketing experience (preferred).
Responsibilities
Your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Managing projects daily across Tech, Creative, and Marketing teams using multiple methods.
- Collaborating with specialists, delegating tasks, and clearly communicating client requests.
- Monitoring milestones to ensure projects remain on track.
- Managing project budgets to align with financial goals.
- Providing regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ensuring deliverables meet quality standards, budget requirements, and client satisfaction.
- Building strong client relationships and acting as a trusted partner throughout the project lifecycle.
- Using ClickUp as a project management tool.
- Ensuring invoices are sent out on time.
- Creating detailed documentation, including project plans, meeting minutes, and progress reports.
