Are you a skilled junior legal professional with a passion for workplace relations and safety?

We’re looking for a Junior Workplace Relations & Safety Lawyer

Your new role under partner supervision:

• Advise clients on employment law, industrial relations, and workplace health and safety matters
• Represent clients in workplace disputes, investigations, and litigated proceedings
• Draft legal documents, contracts, and policies
• Stay ahead of legal developments and provide proactive guidance to clients across diverse industries

Your skills & experience:

• CVs accepted from candidates with a range of experience from Graduate to 3 years PAE
• Previous experience in workplace relations and safety law is desirable
• Proficiency in MS365 and adaptability to new systems and technology
• Experience using Actionstep highly advantageous
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• A client-focused approach with a keen attention to detail
