ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced National Accounts Manager to join our Sales team based in Dandenong South, VIC office. This is an exciting opportunity for a relationship-driven sales professional who enjoys managing strategic house client accounts, driving service excellence and contributing to business growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Account manage respective key clients ensuring an excellent level of service
  • Maintain client relationships including daily communication and attending meetings with clients when required
  • Actively drive sales/account management process improvements
  • Participate on implementation and improvement of sales strategies and techniques
  • Actively respond to key client enquiries
  • Maintain quality of client service by establishing and enforcing Slattery Grays standards
  • Directly contribute to the profitability of the National sales team and assist in cost control & reduction.

ABOUT YOU

  • Proven experience in account management or sales, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Experience using Salesforce CRM and strong computer skills (MS Office Suite).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen with an understanding of sales, marketing and financial reporting.
  • Self-motivated, organised and able to perform in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Strong forecasting, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
  • Willingness to travel as required with a current driver’s licence.
  • A tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, Commerce or a related field is desirable but not essential.
