About the Role

We’re looking for a reliable, energetic team member to join our group fulfilment team at Allambie Heights. In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for picking, packing, and dispatching client orders accurately and efficiently. You’ll work as part of a small, fast-paced team that takes pride in every parcel we send, because each one represents a real person on a skin health journey.

No prior warehouse experience is necessary, we’ll provide full training. What matters most is your attention to detail, a positive attitude, and the ability to stay focused in a busy environment.

Key Responsibilities

Pick and pack online orders with accuracy and care

Maintain a clean and organised warehouse space

Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets

Ensure packaging and presentation align with group quality standards

Contribute to a smooth, joyful client experience — from shelf to doorstep
