Sitemax supplies containment mesh and signage for construction and development sites across Australia — wrapping scaffolding and fences since 2003. We’re a fast-growing specialist with a loyal customer base, and we need someone sharp and personable to be the person our customers count on.

Location: Penrith N.S.W

Great Hours: Mon–Fri, 7:30am–4:00pm

Training: Full onsite onboarding & support

Day to day

• Turn customer challenges into lasting loyalty — by listening first, then delivering.
• Answer inbound calls and emails from trade customers
• Process quote and sales orders
• Collaborate with other departments
• Track orders and follow up on deliveries
• Solve problems and coordinate with internal teams
• Keep customer records accurate and up to date
• Help make the team and our processes better

What we’re looking for

• Previous customer service experience
• Calm and empathetic under pressure
• Clear communicator — phone and written
• Organised, with strong attention to detail
• A practical problem-solver who takes initiative
• Comfortable picking up new systems quickly
