About the Position

We are seeking an Adviser Assistant with experience working at an executive level. Our Adviser Assistant will be working with three advisers and is responsible for delivering specialised, high level administrative support. The position entails regular client interaction and will see you become an integral part of a tight-knit team, keeping your days dynamic, interesting, and rewarding.

We encourage people with experience in administration and a genuine interest in financial services, who wish to take the next step in their career, to apply. Full training will be provided to bridge any gaps in experience in this specialised field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive specialised administrative support, including front-of-house services.
  • Manage client administration inquiries and assist clients in addressing their needs.
  • Assist in the precise execution and settlement of client trades, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Prepare client reports and presentations and maintain client files.
  • Play an active role in compliance through accurate documentation of client records according to regulatory and internal policies.
  • Liaise with relevant external parties including accountants and share registries.

The position has flexibility in working hours – ideally full time or part time over 5 days – however, hours and salary are negotiable for the successful applicant.

To be considered for this position, you will have proven professionalism in customer relations, excellence in attention to detail and strong computer skills; experience in corporate, finance or similar administrative roles is favourable but not compulsory.
