The Role
We are in search for an energetic motivated skilled sales professional. A team-player who is experienced in B2B Sales and passionate about customer experience. The Business Development Manager, will maximise sales volume, growth and account penetration by effectively
selling the Company’s products and services with a select portfolio of key accounts and building new business within their designated territory.

- Experience in B2B sales and Business Development position
- Demonstrated entrepreneurial drive, with proven ability to recognise and engage in successful interactions with prospective clients’ decision makers
- Ability to swiftly identify and match needs of prospective clients’ to Silverback’s capabilities
- Possess pride in professional presentation – through building on templates to create individualised client-focused presentations and representing the company in a professional manner
- SAP & CRM experience preferred but not essential
- Potential for limited travel to Regional Western Australia in the future
- Have unrestricted access to a suitably appropriate vehicle
- Valid Unrestricted Australian Driver’s License
- Permanent residency and the right to work in Australia
