The Role

We are seeking an energetic, motivated and articulate team player to join our friendly and supportive Welshpool branch. This office-based role is responsible for providing customer service support and administration to the Branch in all areas of its operation.

This role will coordinate warehouse and branch office activities such as assisting customers with sales enquiries and orders, inventory and stock control, purchasing activities, office management and administration.

 

Key Criteria

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written

• Ability to coordinate office/warehouse activities – has previously supervised staff

• High level internal/external customer service and administration skills

• Ability to prioritise and multi-task

• Strong computer skills Microsoft Office suite

• Strong SAP Business One skills or similar

• Ability to work well under pressure

• Relevant qualifications or equivalent experience in administration roles

• Ideally you have worked in a similar industry in an administration, warehouse coordinator, or office management type role.
