About the Role:
Ready to make an impact? This generalist HR role with a big focus on Talent Acquisition is your chance to fuel business growth by finding and hiring the best. You’ll lead recruitment strategy, advise leaders, and keep HR operations running smoothly.
Reporting to the CFO and with support from external HR expertise, you’ll lead a small team, partner with leaders, and deliver strategies that attract, retain, and reward top talent all while keeping compliance sharp and innovation front of mind.
How You’ll Make a Difference:
- Own and lead our Talent Acquisition strategy
- Be hands-on with recruitment for key roles
- Support Managers on all people-related decisions
- Deliver the People Plan including HR operations, WHS, compliance, and support payroll
- Champion high engagement, learning and development
What we’re looking for:
- Proven success in generalist HR roles and a LOVE for finding great people!
- Strong HRIS and digital literacy
- Commercial acumen – know how people decisions drive business outcomes
- Shape decisions as a trusted partner to leadership
- Balance compliance with a “what’s next” mindset
- Degree qualified or equivalent experience
