Integration & Test Engineer – REQ0039

Silentium Defence is a world leader in passive radar, delivering advanced capability into complex defence environments. We are seeking an Integration & Test Engineer to play a hands on role bringing complex systems together and proving performance through rigorous test and verification activities.

This role suits an engineer who enjoys working across hardware, software and systems, thrives in fast paced environments, and takes pride in seeing products move from integration through to validated, deployable capability.

What you will do

• Plan and execute system, subsystem and product integration activities
• Develop and run verification and validation procedures to demonstrate requirements compliance
• Support defect investigation, root cause analysis and resolution during test activities
• Work closely with systems, hardware and software engineers to deliver integrated solutions
• Maintain test documentation, results and objective evidence to support acceptance
• Contribute to continuous improvement of integration and test processes

What you bring

• Tertiary qualification in Engineering or a related technical discipline
• Experience in integration, verification and test within complex engineering environments
• Ability to work across hardware and software interfaces
• Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
• A collaborative, practical and delivery focused mindset

Eligibility

• Australian citizenship is mandatory
• Ability to obtain and maintain an NV1 security clearance
