What You’ll Do
- Manage Operations: Oversee daily operations including gaming, food and beverage, events, and customer service, opening and closing venues and safe operations.
- Lead & Motivate: Inspire and guide our team to provide outstanding service.
- Ensure Compliance: Uphold all laws, regulations, and venue policies, especially those regarding responsible service of alcohol and gaming.
- Customer Care: Handle inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Team Development: Manage performance, provide training, and recognize exceptional service.
- Collaborate: Work with management to boost customer satisfaction and revenue.
- Create a Safe Environment: Ensure the comfort and safety of both staff and customers.
What We Need from You
- Experience: Proven track record in a similar role within hospitality or gaming.
- Leadership Skills: Excellent communication and team management abilities.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of relevant legislation and regulations (RSA, RCG and ARCG certifications required).
- Customer Focus: A passion for delivering unforgettable customer experiences.
- Calm Under Pressure: Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Strong background in cash handing and balancing.
