About the role
You’ll play a key role in ensuring our warehouse operates efficiently, safely, and accurately. From receiving goods to supporting the workshop team, your work will directly impact production and delivery outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
• Receiving, checking, storing, and dispatching goods
• Picking and preparing orders for shipment
• Assisting with unloading deliveries and verifying documentation
• Labelling and tracking materials (job numbers, heat numbers, part IDs)
• Maintaining organised storage systems and warehouse layout
• Supporting workshop staff by locating parts and materials
• Identifying and reporting discrepancies or damaged goods
• Operating forklifts and handling equipment safely
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant work environment
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives

About you
You’re someone who takes pride in doing a job properly. You’re organised, safety-conscious, and enjoy being part of a team that relies on each other.
What you’ll bring:
• Current forklift licence (essential)
• Minimum 2 years’ warehouse experience
• Experience in manufacturing or engineering (highly regarded)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organisational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills (ERP or MS Office preferred)
• Physical capability for manual handling tasks
• A proactive, safety-first mindset
