About the role

You’ll play a key role in ensuring our products meet company, customer, and industry standards. From in-process inspections to final product release, your work will directly impact quality outcomes across the workshop.


Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting visual and dimensional inspections at in-process and final stages

• Verifying components and products against drawings, specifications, and standards

• Recording and reporting inspection results in line with quality requirements

• Identifying, reporting, and assisting in resolving non-conformances

• Preparing and verifying Certificates of Conformance (CoC)

• Releasing products following successful inspection and compliance checks

• Performing calibration and functional checks of measuring equipment

• Maintaining calibration records and ensuring equipment is fit for use

• Managing gauges and inspection tools to ensure traceability

• Analysing inspection data to identify trends and improvement opportunities

• Supporting production teams with quality-related guidance

• Assisting in investigations and resolution of quality issues

• Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards

• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives


About you

You’re detail-focused, reliable, and take pride in maintaining high standards. You enjoy working both independently and as part of a team, and you have a proactive, safety-first mindset.


What you’ll bring:

• Mechanical trade qualification or related field (preferred)

• Minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing or quality inspection (preferred)

• Knowledge of quality systems (ISO 9001 or similar)

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Good communication and problem-solving skills

• Strong organisational and time management skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• A proactive, safety-focused approach to work
