Description

Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organised work environment in all areas of the company. The Cleaner will work independently and as part of a team to ensure that all facilities are kept clean and tidy.

Responsibilities:

Carry out reactive and scheduled cleaning across residential properties
Perform deep cleaning, rubbish removal, and presentation works as required
Clean common areas, vacant properties, and external spaces
Use cleaning equipment and products safely and effectively
Report maintenance concerns and property issues where identified
Load, transport, and handle cleaning equipment and supplies between sites
Maintain cleanliness of company vehicle and equipment
Respond promptly to urgent cleaning requests
Deliver professional service while interacting with occupants and stakeholders
Work independently while coordinating with the property management team

Qualifications:

Previous cleaning experience preferred (reactive, commercial, residential, or property cleaning highly regarded)
Ability to carry out physically active work and handle manual tasks throughout the day Comfortable working across multiple locations and environments
Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
Good communication and time management skills
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Valid Australian Driver Licence preferred
Reliable and available for an immediate start
