As our organisation continues to grow across multiple states, we are looking for two enthusiastic and people-focused team members to join our Enrolments & Family Engagement Team at our Surfers Paradise Head Office.
This role is perfect for someone who loves connecting with people, thrives on conversations, and enjoys helping families find the right early learning environment for their child.
🌈 About the Role
You will be one of the first points of contact for families, guiding them from their initial enquiry through to enrolment. Your role will focus on building strong relationships, supporting families through the enrolment process, and ensuring every family feels welcomed and supported.
You will also assist with enrolment administration and may support accounts-related tasks linked to family accounts.
💛 What You’ll Be Doing
👨👩👧👦 Family Engagement & Enrolments
• Respond to family enquiries via phone, email and online platforms
• Build genuine relationships with prospective families
• Convert enquiries into enrolments through warm and supportive communication
• Book centre tours and orientations
• Liaise with Centre Directors to support the enrolment process
• Guide families through enrolment paperwork and onboarding
📂 Administration & Systems
• Maintain accurate family and enrolment records
• Utilise a CRM system to manage enquiries and track lead conversions
• Work within Kidsoft to process enrolments and maintain records
• Work within the OWNA platform to manage family communications and bookings
• Monitor enquiry pipelines to support occupancy growth
• Ensure documentation and data is accurately recorded and maintained
💳 Accounts Support (where required)
• Assist with family account enquiries
• Support reconciliation of enrolment-related accounts
• Liaise with the finance team when required

You are someone who:
• Has a warm, confident and outgoing personality
• Enjoys talking with people and building connections over the phone
• Is highly organised and detail-oriented
• Is motivated by helping families find the right childcare solution
• Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
Experience in Early Childhood Education is highly regarded, particularly if you understand enrolment processes and family engagement.
Experience using Kidsoft, CRM platforms or childcare management systems will be highly advantageous.
