About the Role

Depending on your qualification and experience, you will:

• Support room leaders or lead your own room
• Plan and deliver high-quality, child-led, play-based programs
• Mentor and support educators (ECT & leadership roles)
• Build strong, positive relationships with children and families
• Contribute to observations, documentation and program planning
• Maintain child-safe environments and regulatory compliance
• Embed VEYLDF, NQS and the Shared Foundations Approach
• Contribute to a strong, inclusive and child-safe culture

About You

• Certificate III, Diploma, or ACECQA-approved ECT qualification
• Strong understanding of VEYLDF, NQS and inclusive practice
• A positive, team-focused mindset
• Excellent communication skills
• Passion for early learning and reflective practice
• WWCC / Blue Card and First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
