We’re seeking a proactive and technically skilled Facilities Manager to join our Property Management Team including Commercial, Industrial and Large Format Retail Assets. You’ll manage a diverse portfolio of properties, ensuring they are maintained to the highest standard of safety, compliance, and performance.
What would your day-to-day look like?
As the Facilities Manager, you will oversee building infrastructure maintenance, contractor performance, and compliance across your assigned property portfolio. You’ll collaborate closely with Property, Asset Management, and Leasing teams to ensure functionality, risk management, and stakeholder satisfaction—all while delivering best-value outcomes.

Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:
- Conduct property inspections and produce technical reports
- Identify and resolve issues related to building function, presentation, security, and cleanliness
- Oversee contractor engagement, compliance, and access
- Administer maintenance contracts and procurement processes
- Ensure risk management and safety processes are fully integrated
- Assist in budget preparation and CAPEX forecasting
- Monitor contract expiry and renewal timelines
- Liaise with tenants and stakeholders, responding to issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain open, proactive communication across teams
Are you someone with?
- Qualifications in facilities, building, or asset management, or equivalent experience
- Experience in a Facilities Management role across commercial or industrial assets
- Understanding of WH&S, compliance, and relevant state and federal legislation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management and contractor engagement experience
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with MRI or Nexus (highly regarded)
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
