We are entering a significant growth phase, backed by strong demand, established government panel access, and a high-performing leadership team. This role offers the opportunity to shape how that growth is generated – by building a high-quality pipeline in one of the most stable and valuable segments of B2B sales.

You will be mentored by the CEO, gaining first-hand experience in building relationships with government agencies and turning market insight into real opportunities.

  • Monitor and act on panel and procurement opportunities
  • Qualify leads and book well-prepared discovery meetings for the Sales Lead

  • Maintain accurate CRM data and pipeline visibility
  • Track opportunities and support weekly reporting
  • Develop detailed account briefings for priority agencies

Pursuit support

  • Prepare meeting briefs and follow-ups

  • Provide insights that inform strategy and positioning

  • Exposure to government or regulated industries
  • Familiarity with Microsoft partner ecosystem
  • Understanding of public sector procurement processes

What success looks like

  • First 90 days: territory mapped, pipeline active, 6-10 qualified meetings delivered
  • Established as the core driver of top-of-funnel growth

Why join Seers
