Your role
As our Creative Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the flow of work across the creative function, ensuring projects are delivered by the right people, at the right time, and to the highest standard.
Acting as the central coordination point between Creative, Commercial and other business stakeholders, this role manages creative priorities, team capacity and workflow to ensure work is delivered efficiently and aligned with business objectives. The role owns the end-to-end creative scheduling process, resource planning and workflow management through Asana, providing visibility across projects, timelines and team workloads. It also plays a critical role in establishing and maintaining best-practice creative operations, including governance, asset management, approvals, image licensing and final artwork processes, ensuring consistency, compliance and operational excellence across all creative output.
What you’ll do
Creative Scheduling & Workflow Management
- Own and manage the end-to-end creative schedule across all initiatives
- Align priorities with business objectives, deadlines and commercial needs
- Act as central coordinator across Creative, Commercial and stakeholders
- Manage briefs, revisions and delivery via Asana
- Monitor workflow, capacity and risks; resolve bottlenecks and prioritisation conflicts
- Maintain visibility of timelines, deliverables and project status
- Support external partner and client relationships
- Coordinate freelance and external support as required
Workflow Systems & Process
- Own and optimise workflow systems (Asana)
- Drive best practice adoption across teams
- Continuously improve processes for efficiency and collaboration
Reporting & Performance
- Track and report on delivery performance, utilisation and turnaround times
- Provide insights to improve productivity and output quality
Creative Operations & Delivery
- Ensure clear, actionable briefs from intake to delivery
- Review outputs for accuracy and minimise rework
Governance & Asset Management
- Maintain file structures, naming conventions and asset organisation
- Ensure licensing compliance, approvals and usage governance
- Manage version control, final artwork processes and archiving

Qualifications:
- Degree or recognised qualification in Design, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Creative Operations, Studio Management, Traffic Management, Resource Management or a similar creative workflow role.
- Proven experience managing multiple stakeholders, priorities and deadlines within a fast-paced creative environment.
