As we continue to grow, we’re looking for motivated, reliable and safety-focused Production Team Members to join our Moulding Team in Bendigo.
This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, 6:00am to 2:00pm, giving you the opportunity to enjoy your afternoons while maintaining a great work-life balance.

Position Overview
This is a hands-on role in a modern manufacturing environment where no two days are exactly the same.
You’ll work alongside an experienced team to manufacture premium architectural products while operating specialised equipment, maintaining high quality standards and contributing to a safe, efficient workplace.
This is a physically demanding role that involves being on your feet for most of the day, regular manual handling, lifting, carrying and moving materials, and working at a consistent pace throughout your shift. A good level of physical fitness and stamina is essential.
Whether you already have manufacturing experience or you’re looking to learn a new trade, we’ll provide the training and support you need to succeed.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys active, hands-on work, takes pride in producing quality
products and wants to build a long-term career within a growing global
business.
Key Responsibilities
• Safely operate production machinery and manufacturing equipment.
• Manufacture premium architectural products to our quality standards.
• Perform regular manual handling tasks, including lifting, carrying, pushing and moving materials throughout the day.
• Work on your feet for the majority of your shift while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
• Complete production tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Carry out quality checks throughout the manufacturing process.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe work environment.
• Work collaboratively with your team to achieve daily production goals.
• Follow all workplace health and safety procedures and contribute to continuous improvement
initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills
We’re looking for people with the right attitude just as much as the right experience.
Ideally you’ll have:
• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse or a similar hands-on environment
(preferred but not essential).
• Experience operating machinery (highly regarded).
• A current Forklift Licence (desirable).
• Good mechanical aptitude and confidence using tools and equipment.
• A good level of physical fitness with the ability to safely perform repetitive manual handling tasks throughout an eight-hour shift.
• The ability to regularly lift, carry, push and move materials while maintaining safe work practices.
• Enjoys active, hands-on work and takes pride in working efficiently as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Reliability, punctuality and a positive, team-first attitude.
• A willingness to learn, take on feedback and continuously develop your skills.
