Steel Builders is a trusted supplier and fabricator of compliant structural steel and engineered building products servicing residential and commercial builders across NSW. Due to continued growth, we’re seeking a reliable and hardworking Labourer to join our Glendenning (2761) operations team for the afternoon shift (commencing 2:30 PM daily).

About the Role

This is a hands-on role within our busy steel yard and dispatch environment. You’ll support daily operations to ensure structural steel and building materials are handled safely, prepared accurately, and delivered on time to our builder clients.

Key Responsibilities

Assisting with receiving and organising structural steel and building materials
Picking and preparing orders for dispatch
Loading and unloading trucks safely and efficiently
Operating forklifts and yard equipment
Maintaining a clean, compliant and organised worksite
Supporting the fabrication and operations team as required

Essential Requirements

Valid Forklift Licence (LF) – Essential
Current Driver’s Licence – Essential
Minimum 1 years’ experience in a similar labouring, yard or warehouse role
Must be able to stand for 8+ hours per day
Strong safety awareness and attention to detail
Reliable, punctual and team-oriented
