As the business grows, we are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Junior Sales Representative to support the external sales team, manage inbound enquiries, and deliver exceptional service to clients throughout the sales process, and a Junior Estimator to support our Estimating team with administration and customer quotes.

About the roles:

Junior Sales:

  • Support the sales team with day-to-day tasks while learning the ins and outs of the sales process
  • Be the first point of contact for customer enquiries and help turn leads into opportunities
  • Follow up on quotes and warm leads, building confidence in speaking with clients
  • Assist in preparing quotes and proposals alongside experienced estimators
  • Work closely with different teams to help keep projects moving smoothly from sale to delivery
  • Keep CRM records up to date while gaining exposure to sales tracking, forecasting, and growth opportunities

 

Junior Estimating:

  • Manage the estimating inbox and allocating jobs
  • Learn to review drawings and project documents to help build accurate cost estimates
  • Assist with quantity take-offs and pricing for materials, labour, and installation
  • Support the sales team in preparing quotes, tenders, and follow-ups on opportunities
  • Work with suppliers and subcontractors to gather pricing and build strong relationships
  • Help identify cost risks and opportunities while developing your commercial awareness
  • Collaborate with the wider team to submit tenders, track projects, and support smooth handovers

 

What we’re looking for:

  • A driven, junior candidate who is ready to grow within the sales or estimating pathways
  • Someone who has a proactive and inquisitive mindset
  • Previous experience within sales or admin is not necessary – we are looking for someone with the right attitude and cultural addition to our team
