Guide Life Changing Decisions with Clinical Insight, Compassion and Commercial Confidence
This is a rare opportunity for a commercially driven professional who is comfortable generating momentum, building and managing a live pipeline, and converting qualified enquiries into outcomes. Sana Health Group is seeking a confident communicator who can actively progress conversations, follow up with intent, and guide prospective clients toward decisions, while maintaining genuine care, emotional intelligence, and respect for the clinical journey involved.
Our Intake Consultants hold a unique position. You will be the first point of contact for individuals and families seeking help across mental health, addiction, trauma, burnout and complex psychosocial concerns. Your role combines clinically informed conversations with skilled consultative selling to guide people toward the most appropriate program.
This is a sales role. You will manage a pipeline, have clear conversion expectations and work with warm, inbound enquiries who are actively seeking support. What sets this role apart is the depth of care, clinical collaboration and trust building required to support people making a significant wellbeing investment.

- Coordinate pre admission information, documentation and assessments with the clinical team.
- Manage enquiries from clients, families with professionalism and empathy.
- Support the collection of clinical documentation, referrals and relevant history to complete the intake process.
- Ensure information is handled in line with privacy, ethics and clinical governance requirements.
Client Engagement and Conversion
- Respond promptly across phone, email and digital channels.
- Lead structured discovery calls that balance care with commercial clarity.
- Guide individuals toward the right program through ethical, consultative sales practices.
- Manage a sales pipeline in HubSpot with accuracy, forecasting and consistent follow up.
- Re engage past or dormant leads with tailored outreach.
- Provide warm referrals to trusted partner facilities when we are not the appropriate clinical fit.
Coordination and Collaboration
- Liaise with clinical, nursing and executive teams to ensure seamless transitions from enquiry to admission.
- Support the intake team with documentation collection, medical and psychiatric reviews and admission scheduling.
- Participate in supervision, training and continuous improvement of intake processes.
