We’re looking for an experienced Property Manager who can confidently step into an organically grown, exceptionally well managed portfolio from day one.

This is an opportunity for a seasoned professional to join the #1 Property Management team in SA/NT, where you’ll be trusted to do what you do best while being supported by industry-leading systems, technology and leadership.

Your Responsibilities

You’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring your portfolio is managed efficiently and professionally.

  • Manage a residential rental portfolio with confidence and autonomy.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants by delivering exceptional customer service, clear communication and proactive support. 
  • Conduct lease renewals and rental reviews.
  • Manage rental arrears and negotiate positive outcomes.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs promptly and effectively.
  • Attend tribunal hearings when required.
  • Conduct routine and final inspections, with the support of a dedicated Leasing Team and New Business Team, allowing you to focus on proactive portfolio management and client relationships.
