As a Sales Associate, you’ll have the opportunity to work alongside the renowned team at Ray White Grange, gaining invaluable real estate experience and credentials. You’ll be on the path to stepping into a lead agent role, with a solid network of contacts and clients to help launch your career to new heights.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Managing administrative aspects of our agents appraisal and sales process
- Assisting with buyer management and negotiation of offers
- Attending appointments and inspections at properties
- Booking and completing appraisals for clients
- Building and nurturing a database of clients
- Collecting data through cold calling, door knocking, letterbox dropping
Skills & Experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Results orientated
- Professional phone manner and customer service
- High level of personal presentation
- Must have a real estate licence or willing to complete the course prior to your start date
- Ability to problem solve and use initiative
Training will be provided throughout all stages of your career, and new responsibilities will be introduced as the role evolves.
