About the Role
At RSPCA Queensland, our people play a vital role in improving the lives of animals every day. We’re looking for a Learning & Development Partner who is passionate about building capability, supporting frontline teams and improving training in a practical operational environment.
This role partners closely with operational leaders, subject matter experts and frontline teams, with a primary focus on Operations Training, to identify training needs, strengthen workforce capability and improve operational outcomes. - Support the development, coordination and maintenance of learning plans, workshops, guides, job aids and digital learning resources.
- Monitor learning activity, compliance requirements and completion rates through LMS reporting and training data.
- Coordinate mandatory WHS, compliance and operational refresher training across relevant teams.
- Provide leaders with visibility of training progress, completion requirements and capability development priorities.
- Evaluate learning effectiveness through learner feedback, participation data and operational insights.
- Identify opportunities to improve learning programs, resources and training processes.
- Support broader organisational learning and development initiatives and projects as required.
- Promote a positive learning culture and encourage accountability for ongoing development across the organisation.
What You’ll Bring to the Role
- Experience in Learning & Development, training coordination, capability development or a similar role, ideally in a frontline, operational, multi-site or compliance-driven environment.
