The Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for someone who embodies the Rollers spirit, energetic, passionate, and customer-focused.

You’ll have:

• Barista Experience: At least 1 year of experience in specialty coffee, with a genuine passion for coffee and latte art.
• Exceptional Customer Service: A natural ability to welcome customers and create memorable experiences.
• Hospitality Experience: Proven experience in customer-facing roles within the hospitality industry.
• Positive Attitude: A resilient, upbeat approach with a strong work ethic and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Attention to Detail: Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and presentation across the store.
• Great Communication: Clear, friendly communication with both customers and teammates.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
• Tech Savvy: Comfortable using POS systems to process transactions accurately and efficiently.
