Description

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable NDIS Support Administration to join our team, on a full-time basis.

 

As part of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the operations functions of the business managing employee timesheet approvals and coordination of the company fleet allocation.  Demonstrating strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work independently as well as part of the team.

You will be a great fit if you have:

  • Certificate III in Business (Administration) or Certificate IV in Business (Administration).  or 2 years’ experience
  • Current Positive Blue Card and NDIS Card – or eligible to obtain.
  • Current Driver’s License
  • Experience with NDIS software systems (e.g. Xero, MYOB, Lumary, ShiftCare, CareMaster, Brevity)
  • Proficient in time and attendance
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Sound understanding of NDIS pricing, claiming rules, and compliance requirements
  • Ability to interpret service agreements and funding plans
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage deadlines and work independently
