RoboFit Brisbane · Where 1% wins stack up into life-changing progress

Why this role is different

At RoboFit Brisbane, we combine evidence-based exercise physiology with cutting-edge neurorehabilitation technology including single-joint and full lower-limb robotics, hand robotics, EMS, and Cyberdyne’s HAL exoskeleton—to support people living with spinal cord injury, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease, FND, stroke, chronic pain, and other neurological conditions.

You don’t need to arrive knowing every piece of equipment. We’ll train you. What we can’t train is your drive to keep showing up, problem-solving, and celebrating every small win that compounds into life-changing outcomes for our clients as part of a team.

This role is open to both part-time and full-time applicants.

Our clinics across VIC, NSW, and QLD are purpose-built neurorehabilitation environments—modern, accessible spaces designed so you can do your best clinical work. As RoboFit grows, there are genuine opportunities to step into leadership, innovation, or specialised clinical pathways.

What you’ll do

  • Deliver person-centred exercise physiology services to clients with neurological and musculoskeletal conditions, focusing on functional independence, participation, and quality of life
  • Design, implement, and progress evidence-based exercise programs supported by advanced rehabilitation technologies
  • Learn and apply cutting-edge neurorehabilitation technology in daily clinical practice
  • Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team, working alongside physiotherapists, exercise physiologists, and community health professionals to align care with client goals
  • Support clients across NDIS, DVA, iCare, NIISQ, MAC, and private funding streams, including preparation of clinical reports to support access and ongoing funding
  • Build strong therapeutic relationships with clients, families, and support networks both in clinic and in the community
  • Contribute to team development through case discussions, peer mentoring, clinical education, and continuous improvement initiatives

Who you are

You are an accredited Exercise Physiologist who brings curiosity, compassion, and creativity into every session. You may have experience in neurorehabilitation, or you may be early in your career and eager to build deep expertise in this space—either way, you’re committed to meaningful, long-term client outcomes.

You’ll fit right in if you:

  • Feel energised by seeing clients achieve milestones they didn’t think were possible
  • Thrive in collaborative, multidisciplinary environments and openly share knowledge
  • Are excited by emerging rehabilitation technology and neuroplasticity-driven care
  • Communicate clearly and respectfully with clients, families, and health professionals
  • Want a role that is both challenging and sustainable

Experience working with neurological populations is highly regarded, but we also welcome Exercise Physiologists who are passionate about transitioning into neurorehabilitation and ready to learn.

You’ll need
