What Success Looks Like
As our Team Administrator, you’ll play a key role in keeping our Construction Team organised, informed and moving forward.
Working closely with Construction Managers, Site Managers and key stakeholders, you’ll coordinate administration, reporting, documentation and operational support activities that help deliver homes efficiently and provide an exceptional customer experience.
While primarily based in our Bowden office, this role will also include occasional visits to construction sites to stay connected with our projects, people and progress.
Success in this role comes from being organised, proactive, detail-oriented and someone who enjoys helping others succeed. You’ll take pride in delivering accurate work, building strong relationships and ensuring the Construction Team has the support it needs to perform at its best.
Your contribution will
- Owning the integrity of construction data within ClickHome, ensuring information is accurate, reliable and supports informed decision-making.
- Conducting weekly review of active construction jobs, identifying risks, overdue activities and project delays, and escalating issues to support timely resolution.
- Preparing and distributing key operational reporting, including WIP, claims, handover forecasts, cycle times, trade performance, delayed jobs and other construction performance metrics.
- Supporting programme forecasting and monitoring activities to help drive project certainty, build efficiency and on-time delivery outcomes.
- Coordinating construction meetings, preparing agendas and documentation, tracking actions and ensuring agreed outcomes are delivered.
- Coordinating the preparation and handover of new homes, ensuring customer deliverables, compliance requirements and project documentation are complete and accurate.
- Supporting WHS, compliance and regulatory requirements by maintaining accurate records and assisting with council and approval processes.
- Building strong relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, customers, local councils and internal stakeholders to support successful project outcomes.
- Contributing to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to strengthen processes, reporting, systems and operational performance.
Is This You?
You may already have experience within residential construction, property, building, trades or a similar industry, or you may have developed exceptional administration and coordination skills in another environment and be looking for your next challenge.
To be successful, you’ll bring:
- Australian Citizenship, Permanent Residency, or unrestricted working rights within Australia.
- Previous experience in an administration, coordination or project support role.
- Exceptional organisational, time management and communication skills, with a strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- A proactive approach with the ability to take initiative and solve problems.
- Strong stakeholder relationship skills and a team-first attitude.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and business systems.
- The ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a high standard of work.
- A current and unrestricted Australian Driver’s Licence, with the ability to travel to construction sites and operational locations as required.
- ClickHome experience will be viewed favourably but is not essential.
