What You’ll Do

Learn the Foundations of Property Management Work alongside our property management team to develop your skills and understanding of what it takes to manage properties at a high level.

Support Landlord and Tenant Communication Assist with day-to-day communication between landlords, tenants, and trades, helping ensure a smooth and professional experience for all involved.

Coordinate Maintenance and Repairs Help manage maintenance requests, liaise with contractors, and assist in keeping properties well-maintained and compliant.

Assist with Inspections and Administration Support the team with routine inspections, reporting, file management, and keeping internal systems accurate and up to date.

Deliver Great Customer Service Be part of creating positive experiences for our clients and customers through prompt communication, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Contribute to a High-Performing Team Jump in where needed, stay open to learning, and play your part in supporting a department that prides itself on consistency, care, and results.

About You

Licensed and Ready to Go At a minimum, you’ve completed your Assistant Agent’s Licence, and you’re ready to start straight away.

Attitude First You bring a positive mindset, strong work ethic, and a genuine willingness to learn. You’re hungry for an opportunity and excited by the idea of building a career in property management.

People-Focused You enjoy working with people and understand the importance of communication, follow-through, and delivering a high level of service.
