RS is seeking a dynamic Audit Team Lead to lead our team and play a key role supporting the Head of Audits in delivering exceptional client outcomes. About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Audits, the Audit Team Lead is responsible for the execution of strategic priorities and leadership of service delivery excellence across the department. You will oversee a high performing internal team of Client Service Officers and a national network of contracted Field Auditors, ensuring exceptional client service, strong compliance, and efficient workflow management.
In this role, you will:
- Lead and develop a dedicated team of internal staff and field contractors to achieve outstanding performance and client outcomes
- Oversee end-to-end audit service delivery — including VIN verification and asset inspection accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence
- Maintain and strengthen day-to-day client, dealer, and agent relationships that support broader business objectives
- Drive continuous improvement across systems, processes, and service delivery
- Support the Head of Audits in strategic planning and contribute insight across the business unit
- Provide leadership support across other operational areas when required
About You
- We’re looking for a confident, ethical, and commercially minded leader who can balance operational detail with strategic thinking.
- You will bring:
- 3+ years’ of people leadership experience in audit, compliance, or broader operational service delivery
- Proven track record managing teams in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
- Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, regulatory frameworks, and industry standards
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail and a commitment to quality and compliance
- The ability to influence, collaborate, and lead across multiple business divisions
