Are you passionate about keeping supply chains running smoothly and efficiently? Retail Food Group (RFG) is looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to manage supplier relationships, streamline operations, and ensure our products reach stores on time.

This role is full-time at 38 hours/week and located on-site at our DiBella roastery in Castle Hill, NSW

What you’ll be doing

  • Coordinate effective fulfilment of international and domestic business customer orders e
  • Conduct end-to-end supply chain activities, including inventory, logistics, and distribution.
  • Work with suppliers and internal procurement to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery.
  • Monitor and forecast inventory levels, minimising stockouts, overstocking, and food waste.
  • Support new product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional activities to ensure products reach stores on time.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (procurement, operations, marketing, finance) and external partners (suppliers, logistics providers, 3PLs).
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards, industry regulations, and company policies.
  • Analyse supply chain data, track KPIs, and prepare reports to support decision-making.
  • Assist with system upgrades and integration of new supply chain technologies.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost optimisation, sustainability initiatives, and risk management strategies.

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on supply chain professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to keep things moving smoothly. You’ll be skilled in using D365 to receive, process and fulfill customer orders, driving efficiencies, and supporting growth, with strong commercial acumen and project management capability. A natural collaborator, you’ll bring adaptability, attention to detail, and the confidence to make timely decisions that deliver real results.

You’ll also bring:

  • 2+ years’ logistics, stock control or supply chain experience with international logistics and transportation exposure and ideally perishable food experience.
  • Must have previous hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and a proven track record in order procressing and fulfillment coordination, achieving cost savings, and operational efficiencies.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and work as part of a small team.
  • Commercial and financial acumen with solid knowledge of sales and operational planning.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • High attention to detail, adaptability, and confidence in making timely decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with supply chain systems.
