As Marketing Coordinator – Gloria Jean’s Coffee, you’ll support the marketing team to bring big ideas to life, manage the details that make campaigns sing, and help our brands connect with customers in meaningful ways. You’ll work across multiple projects, from social media content and influencer collaborations to campaign rollouts and store launches, all while learning from experienced brand and marketing managers who love what they do.
This is a temporary 12 month contract covering Parental Leave.

What you’ll be doing
You’ll thrive in this role if you love rolling up your sleeves and making things happen.
- Be the go-to marketing contact for Franchise Partners, supporting campaigns, promotions and day-to-day requests
- Create and deliver engaging communications including weekly newsletters, campaign toolkits and intranet updates
- Coordinate marketing materials end-to-end – from briefing and production through to distribution
- Support national campaigns with insights and analysis across promotions, customer trends and market activity
- Lead Local Area Marketing (LAM) requests, helping franchisees drive results at a store level
- Assist with the planning and delivery of key events including Franchise Partner roadshows and in-store activations
- Support local marketing activity across POP, PR, radio and media
- Maintain accurate marketing databases including store listings, distribution lists and campaign contacts
- Collaborate on marketing projects and initiatives, ensuring consistent brand execution across all touchpoints
- Coordinate updates and rollout of in-store collateral including menus, product marketing and merchandise
What we’re looking for:
The ideal candidate will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced
environment and enjoys creating impactful brand and promotional campaigns.
You’ll be a natural collaborator with strong commercial awareness, able to
connect marketing strategy to customer engagement and business growth.
You’ll also bring:
- 1–2 years’ experience in a Marketing, Brand, or content coordination role
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Business, or similar
- A love of food, trends, and digital storytelling
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A proactive, “can do” attitude and curiosity to learn
- Confidence communicating with different stakeholders – from agencies to Franchise Partners
