As Brand Manager, you’ll take the lead in bringing our QSR brand strategy to life for Crust Gourmet Pizza – driving impactful campaigns, shaping product marketing and delivering results in market.
You’ll partner closely with the Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams to execute national campaigns, elevate brand presence and support franchisee success, all while using customer insights and data to continuously improve performance. This is a fast paced, hands-on role where you’ll have real ownership, collaborate with passionate teams and play a key role in growing a high-profile brand.

What you’ll be doing:
- Shape and deliver brand strategy with the Marketing Manager, setting priorities and performance targets
- Own product marketing and execute high-impact national campaigns that drive growth and market share
- Develop clear, compelling briefs and messaging that resonate with customers and support franchisees
- Turn customer insights and performance data into smarter, more effective marketing initiatives
- Act as the go-to for marketing communications, supporting franchisees and field teams
- Contribute to brand comms including newsletters, databases and campaign distribution
- Lead digital execution in partnership with internal teams and agencies to maximise results
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver seamless, on-brand campaigns from concept to launch
- Ensure all activity is high quality, compliant and consistent with brand standards
What we’re looking for:
We’re looking for a commercially savvy and hands-on Brand Manager who thrives in a fast-paced QSR or retail environment. You’ll bring a strong balance of strategic thinking and executional delivery, with the ability to turn insights into impactful campaigns that drive growth. A natural collaborator with solid business acumen, you’re confident working cross-functionally, partnering with franchisees and bringing customer-led marketing initiatives to life.
You’ll also bring:
- Experience in brand/marketing roles within QSR, FMCG, retail or food service is highly desirable
- Commercial smarts and data confidence; you love understanding the why behind the what
- Cross-functional leadership and franchise sensitivity
- A genuine love for food, storytelling, and customer-first innovation
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or Business
