Site Supervisor (Insurance Building Repairs)

The Role

We’re expanding our team and are looking for an experienced Supervisor to lead our on-site delivery of insurance repair projects, across the Western Suburbs region.

In this role, your priority will be Supervision – running jobs efficiently, managing trades, ensuring quality workmanship, and delivering projects on time and to the high standards our clients expect.

You will also provide some estimating support when required (particularly during peak periods after major events), but this will be secondary to your core supervision responsibilities.

You’ll work with strong admin and estimating backup, so you can focus on what matters most – getting the job done right.

What You’ll Bring

• Australian work rights
• QBCC Site Supervisor Licence
• Strong experience in Supervision
• Solid insurance repairs knowledge and experience managing trades on site
• Trade background or formal qualifications in Building/Construction
• White Card, valid driver’s licence, and Working at Heights
• Excellent communication skills, strong work ethic, and the ability to manage projects effectively
