Your opportunity
RSGx is seeking a Commissioning Permit to Work Manager to implement and manage the commissioning permit to work process / system across a major infrastructure project in Adelaide working closely with our key client.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the PTW procedure end to end, develop it, secure approvals, and maintain it throughout the project.
- Implement and manage the electronic PTW system, including all registers and authorisations.
- Lead the full lifecycle of permits and isolations from request to close out.
- Manage and support Permit Control Officers, ensuring clarity of responsibilities and high performance.
- Drive Zero Harm outcomes through strong safety leadership, audits, investigations, and compliance reporting.
- Ensure all PTW personnel are trained, authorised, and competent in their assigned roles.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure best for project outcomes and seamless commissioning activities.
- Oversee PTW documentation, reporting dashboards, and project wide communications.
- Maintain accurate documentation, registers, and PTW records.
- Support inspections, hazard reporting, and general PTW administration.
About You
We’re looking for an experienced Permit to Work Manager with strong commissioning experience and proven capability in managing the full permit to work process within major infrastructure or construction environments, specifically electrical. Low and High Voltage qualifications and excellent communication skills are essential. You’ll be passionate about safety and committed to the goal of Zero Harm, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
