About the Role
This is your chance to break into tech sales at one of Australia’s fastest-growing SaaS companies. As a Business Development Intern at Resonate, you’ll get hands-on exposure to the full world of enterprise sales — from prospecting and outreach to pipeline building and discovery.
You’ll be working alongside experienced sales professionals, learning what it actually takes to win in a competitive B2B environment, and contributing to real pipeline from day one. If you’re hungry, coachable, and ready to back yourself — this is where you start.
Who are we looking for?
You are a motivated self-starter with a hunger to learn and a competitive edge. You thrive in fast-paced environments, communicate with confidence, and are eager to develop your skills in a real-world sales setting.
What will you do?
This is a pure hunting role with support from experienced sales leaders. You will:
- Research and identify potential prospects across target industries and markets
- Support outbound prospecting efforts via email, phone, and LinkedIn
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to support the sales pipeline
- Assist in preparing sales materials, outreach sequences, and call scripts
- Log activity and maintain accurate records in the CRM
- Collaborate with Account Executives and senior sales staff to learn the full sales cycle
What you bring
- Currently studying or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a genuine interest in technology and sales
- Ability to manage your time, stay organised, and work independently
- Comfortable working in a team environment and taking direction
- Any prior experience in customer service, sales, or a tech environment is a bonus
