About the role
We’re looking for an experienced Learning & Organisational Development Manager to establish and lead the L&D function across the business. This role will focus on building capability, supporting leaders and driving a strong learning culture within Repurpose It.
This is a full-time on-site role based in our corporate office in Essendon Fields and require ad-hoc travel to our operational sites across Melbourne (Epping, Montrose, Hallam & Cranbourne).
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership
- Design, implement and embed Leadership Development Programs and Framework across all levels of the business
- Owning and driving the implementation of organisation-wide succession planning alongside the leader.
- Partner with leaders to uplift coaching, mentoring and feedback capability
- Drive engagement, recognition and a high-performing team culture
Organisational Development
- Partner with senior leaders to uplift capability and support business transformation
- Drive initiatives that improve organisational effectiveness and performance
- Support the development of career pathways and employee growth opportunities
Capability & Technical Training
- Oversee the Technical Competency Framework across frontline operations
- Support internal Trainer & Assessor programs
- Support safety-related training, toolboxes and messaging
Learning & Development
- Manage and optimise the LMS and eLearning platforms
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and outcomes
- Support onboarding and induction program design and continuous improvement
- Use insights from engagement surveys and performance reviews to drive L&D initiatives
About you:
- Proven experience in Learning & Development or Organisational Development
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Organisational Psychology or related field
- Strong experience designing and delivering leadership development programs
- Experience building succession plans and capability frameworks
- Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to influence.
- Hands-on approach with the ability to build, facilitate and embed new functions
