The Opportunity
We are seeking a Health & Safety Systems Administrator to join our Occupational Health & Safety team based at Essendon Fields.
Reporting to the Health & Safety Systems Manager, this role provides key administrative and systems support across Health & Safety platforms, including OHS systems, Chain of Responsibility, injury management, and compliance reporting.
You will ensure accurate data management, support system improvements, and assist with reporting, audits, and compliance activities across ISO-certified systems.
This is a full-time onsite role with occasional site visits.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Health & Safety systems, platforms, and reporting tools
- Maintain accurate OHS, COR, and injury management data
- Assist with reporting, audits, and compliance requirements (ISO 45001 / 14001)
- Support system improvements, documentation, and records management
- Assist with inspections, monitoring, and corrective actions
- Provide administrative support across safety programs and initiatives
About You
- Certificate IV in Health & Safety (essential)
- Experience in a safety admin, systems, or compliance role
- Strong MS Office skills and experience with data/safety systems
- Understanding of WHS legislation and compliance frameworks
- Experience with ISO systems or heavy industry environments (desirable)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage data accurately
