About the Role
As our Restoration Technician, you will carry out restoration work across water, fire, mould and storm damage, supporting the recovery of residential and commercial properties. Working alongside senior technicians and project leaders, you will assist with on-site restoration activities including water extraction, structural drying, cleaning and remediation, while ensuring all work is
completed safely, efficiently and to required standards.
Please note, this role will be responsible for servicing the Gold Coast region and northern NSW.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform hands-on restoration work including water extraction, drying, fire and mould remediation
- Assist with site assessments, moisture mapping and use of restoration equipment and tools
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with IICRC and OH&S standards
- Maintain and clean restoration equipment to ensure safe and effective operation
- Complete accurate job documentation, checklists and reporting requirements
- Support senior team members by following instructions and contributing to project delivery
About You
- White Card, driver’s licence and IICRC certifications required
- Experience in restoration, construction, cleaning or a related hands-on role (preferred)
- Strong work ethic with a practical, hands-on approach
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
- Physically fit and comfortable working in varied site conditions
