About the Role
As our Project Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of large-loss restoration projects by coordinating teams, resources and information across multiple stakeholders. Working closely with the Large Loss Manager or Business Development Manager, you will ensure
projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to required standards while maintaining strong communication with insurers, clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing project plans, timelines and deliverables with senior managers
- Coordinate resources across technicians, supervisors and subcontractors
- Monitor project milestones, budgets and performance against KPIs
- Support administration of large-scale insurance restoration claims
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records across internal systems
- Facilitate communication between clients, insurers, trades and internal teams
- Support training, onboarding and system/process capability across teams
About You
- Project management or related qualifications highly regarded
- Demonstrated experience in restoration, construction or insurance environments
- Ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments
- Highly organised with excellent coordination skills and attention to detail
- Experience supporting multiple projects and geographically dispersed teams
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proactive problem-solver with a solutions-focused mindset
