Description

The role:

We are seeking a part-time Supporter Relations Officer to provide exceptional donor care for Redkite supporters, byensuring donations are processed accurately and in a timely manner and donor queries are resolved as quickly as possible.This role will be responsible for supporting donors across both inbound and outbound communications, including phone, email, SMS and mail, and ensuring records are accurate, secure and up to date. You will also contribute to donor stewardship activities and support the retention of donors through personalised engagement.

 

About you:

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate the following skills & experience:

  • Demonstrate high attention to detail and accuracy in data entry skills.
  • Experience in office administration and / or data entry work.
  • Strong customer service mindset with empathy and professionalism. 
  • Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Excel
  • Experience using CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
  • Ability to work autonomously and as a collaborative team member of a high performing team.

  • Can-do attitude with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organisation skills and proactive approach to tasks.
  • Ability to prioritise a variety of tasks to meet competing deadlines in a professional and confident manner
