The role:
**This role will work onsite 22.5 hours per week Monday – Wednesday in our Surry Hills office**
Are you someone who enjoys helping people, takes pride in delivering exceptional service and enjoys building meaningful relationships?
We’re looking for a part-time Supporter Relations Officer to join our team and provide outstanding donor care to the incredible supporters who make Redkite’s work possible. At the same time, you’ll process donations, accurate data entry and supporter data management, ensuring our records are accurate, up to date and well maintained.
This is a role for someone who is organised, compassionate, process-driven and enjoy connecting with people. You’ll be the friendly voice on the other end of the phone, responding to donor enquiries, assisting with donations and making every supporter feel valued and appreciated.
Behind the scenes, you’ll play an important role in maintaining the quality and integrity of our supporter database. Through accurate data entry, record management and consistent processes, you’ll ensure every donation and interaction is recorded correctly, enabling us to deliver the best possible experience for our supporters.

This role will involve:
- Delivering exceptional donor communication across phone, email, SMS and mail (both inbound and outbound)
- Processing donations accurately and efficiently while maintaining secure and up-to-date supporter records
- Responding to donor enquiries with empathy, professionalism and a genuine desire to help
- Using CRM system, Salesforce, to manage supporter information and ensure data integrity
- Working closely with colleagues across the fundraising team to ensure consistent processes and accurate data entry to help deliver the best possible supporter experience
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and contribute to the continuous improvement of supporter services
About you:
You’re someone who enjoys helping people, has a keen eye for detail and takes pride in accurate and effective data entry. You’re organised, positive and thrive in a collaborative environment.
You’ll also bring:
- Experience in customer service and administration
- Excellent attention to detail and data entry
- Experience using CRM systems, ideally Salesforce
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Excel
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
- A proactive, positive attitude and a willingness to learn
- The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative, high-performing team
