children’s cancer charity that provides emotional and mental health support,
financial assistance and resources for families facing childhood cancer. Cancer
is heartbreaking, traumatic and expensive and impacts every aspect of life for
the child with cancer and their whole family. For over 40 years, Redkite has
been a lifeline for these children and families, walking alongside them from
the moment of diagnosis, throughout treatment, and beyond – both in hospital
and in the community.
The Role:
We are seeking a permanent, part-time (4 days) Corporate
Partnerships Manager to play a pivotal role in maximising Redkite’s
revenues through Corporates, Corporate Events and its Corporate Campaigns. You
will work closely with the Senior Corporate Partnerships Manager, Corporate
Partnerships team and Redkite Regional Councils, a group of highly connected
business people to assist Redkite with fundraising and networking.
Key Accountabilities:
With the support of senior practitioners, you will: –
·Manage a portfolio of corporate partnerships to
steward, upgrade and retain giving levels in line with Redkite’s Corporate
Partnerships Service Level Standards.
·Manage acquisition, retention and renewal of
corporate sponsorship for key corporate events.
-Manage a Regional Council committee to generate
leads and fundraising outcomes for Redkite.
·Develop and acquire new corporate partnerships
using moves management methodology.
·Work collaboratively with other fundraising
teams such as Community Fundraising and Philanthropy to optimise corporate
partner service delivery and overall fundraising revenue.
And independently: –
·Complete the necessary associated administration
responsibilities for corporate partnerships in your remit, in a timely and
efficient manner.
·Support the broader Partnerships team on other
partnerships’ outcomes with the coordination and delivery of administration
responsibilities to deliver the broader team’s corporate partnerships outcomes.
About You:
This is an associate level role attractive to someone who wishes
to grow their corporate partnership skills, or an experienced individual wishing
to apply their skills to the duties described. In either scenario, you are an
accountable, proactive and results-driven individual able to demonstrate the
following experience & skills:
·At least 2 years’ experience in a
relationship management role within fundraising (corporates, corporate, new
business or account management) with demonstrated success in building tailored
multi-tiered connections.
·Demonstrated success delivering outcomes while
engaging a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
·Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects
with shifting and short deadlines.
·Strong user of Microsoft Word, Excel and
PowerPoint.
·Strong writing and presentation skills.
·Excellent interpersonal skills with an authentic
and professional approach.
·Excellent organisational and time management
skills.
·Demonstrated ability to use client relationship
management (CRM) databases to support day to day activities including record
administration duties.
·Current full driver’s license.
Desirable experience, skills and qualifications: –
·Experience building event sponsorship proposals
and deliverables to assist in our Corporate Quiz events in Sydney and Melbourne.
·Experience using a fundraising CRM database to
support fundraising activity and analysis.
·Tertiary level fundraising, communications,
business management qualifications or similar.
